- Clear communication. You’re fluent in English and Lithuanian
, clear in writing, and confident on client calls - Strategic thinking. You anticipate needs, connect the dots, and offer thoughtful, relevant solutions
- Detail‑oriented. You stay organized, catch the small stuff, and consistently deliver on time
- Digital marketing curiosity is a bonus. If you're familiar with—or eager to learn—metrics like opens, clicks, and conversions, that’s awesome
- Manage and grow relationships with your assigned clients—from onboarding to success
- Understand client goals, track their progress, and offer strategic suggestions
- Identify and act on upsell opportunities to help clients scale their success
- Proactively resolve issues and reduce churn by keeping clients engaged and supported
- Work closely with internal teams (support, product, creators) to ensure a seamless client experience
- Represent the voice of your clients and share insights that help shape product development
