Concierge Team Member – Online Chat Support

Assist guests through online chat, email, text, and phone calls, and support the Concierge and Sales teams as needed.

• Assist guests through online chat, email, text, and phone calls.
• Answer guest questions about tickets, memberships, and experiences.
• Help guests plan their visit to the park.
• Support the Sales Lead with guest communication tasks.
• Assist with additional Concierge tasks when needed.
• Create positive “WOW” moments for guests.

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Comfortable talking on the phone.
• Works well independently and stays organized.
• Reliable, professional, and team-oriented.
• Learns new technology platforms quickly.

• Training will take place during weekday shifts alongside the Sales Lead.
• Once trained, this position will primarily work weekends with weekday flexibility.
• Expected schedule is approximately 30–40 hours per week.

• Starting pay of $13.50/hr contingent on at least 12 hours of weekday availability during spring and fall.
