The OpportunityWe’re looking for aCustomer Care Representative —someone who loves helping people and making complicated things simple. You’ll be the friendly face (well, voice!) clients rely on whenever they have questions, need guidance, or want to feel confident about their coverage.
What You’ll Be DoingKeeping in touch with clients after they get their policy
Explaining benefits, answering questions, and helping with claims
Making sure clients understand exactly what they have (no confusing jargon)
Teaming up with leaders to make onboarding smooth and stress-free
Being the go-to person when clients need support
