Pitney Bowes is seeking a remote Collection Account Specialist to manage billing and collections activities for high-value clients. This role requires strong client service skills, a detail-oriented approach, and the ability to resolve complex issues while maintaining client satisfaction.
The successful candidate will have at least 2 years of client service experience and ideally collections or account management background, with compensation set at $18 per hour.
Work schedule is Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM EST. Candidates must reside in permitted time zones as specified.
