Imagine spending your day helping families from Japan plan the trip of a lifetime at the happiest place on earth – Disney! The Japanese‑Speaking Vacation Advisor is the essential link between Disney Vacation Club Members and our Parks, Resorts, Cruise Line, and Adventures by Disney destinations.

This full‑time remote position is located on the island of Oahu. You will report to the Member Services Manager.

• Provide information by phone or email to Japanese‑speaking Disney Vacation Club Members about resorts, cruise ships, restaurants, and activities.
• Assist Members in planning customized trips that enhance their time and resources.
• Keep accurate records by documenting interactions on the computer.
• Offer expert advice on travel options and amenities at Disney destinations.
• Resolve Member concerns and provide solutions to ensure a magical experience.
• Stay updated with the latest Disney news and offerings.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service and Member satisfaction.
• Participate in continuous training and development programs.

• Native‑level proficiency in Japanese and professional fluency in English (speaking, reading, and writing).
• High‑speed internet connection and a private work environment at home on Oahu.
• Availability to work “Japan” hours, 2pm–10pm Hawaii time, Monday–Friday, with flexible schedule including holidays.
• Ability to occasionally work at Aulani resort for training or operational needs.
• Critical‑thinking skills and ability to make real‑time decisions independently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and excellent typing skills.

• At least one year of experience in the hospitality industry.
• Experience in a call center environment.
• Knowledge of Disney Vacation Club products and services.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to handle high‑stress situations.

High school degree or equivalent.
