Clicki Referrals is seeking a Customer Success & Integrations Specialist to help small businesses launch and scale referral programs. This full-time, remote role offers $40,000–$57,308/year plus benefits, and requires experience in SaaS support, onboarding, or customer success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guide new customers through onboarding and launch referral campaigns
  • Provide first-line technical support for campaign setup, referral tracking, cashout workflows, and promoter sign-ups
  • Troubleshoot integrations with CRMs and automation tools (Zapier, Hub Spot, Service Titan, Field Routes, etc.)
  • Build strong customer relationships and act as a trusted partner
  • Identify opportunities for customer growth (new campaigns, expanded programs, feature adoption)
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to elevate bugs and share feedback
  • Document common questions and solutions to improve the knowledge base
Candidate Requirements

Essential:

  • Experience in SaaS support, onboarding, or customer success
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Comfort with technical systems, APIs, and integrations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Curiosity and willingness to learn new technologies quickly

Preferred:

  • Experience with CRM systems
  • Familiarity with automation tools (Zapier)
  • Knowledge of webhooks or API-based integrations
  • Experience with home service industry software
