Client Success Specialist – Green Path, Inc. | Remote (US) Job Summary
Green Path, Inc. is seeking a Client Success Specialist (CSS) to support clients enrolled in its Debt Management Program
. This full-time, remote role offers $16.50–$18.38/hour and requires strong customer service skills, empathy, and professionalism in a structured call center environment.
The successful candidate will provide account support, manage proposals and payments, and motivate clients toward financial wellness. Training begins April 27, 2026 and is mandatory.

Start Date:
April 27, 2026 (mandatory, full-time for 3 weeks) - Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm or 9am–6pm; one late night shift weekly (10am–7pm or 11am–8pm)
- Provide support via phone to clients in the Debt Management Program
- Handle back-to-back calls in a call center environment
- Manage client accounts, proposals, payments, deposits, and creditor communications
- Review accounts proactively to identify and resolve issues
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with regulations
- Collaborate across departments for seamless client experience
- Encourage and motivate clients throughout their financial journey
Essential:
- 2–3 years of customer service experience (call center preferred)
- Associate’s degree preferred;
Bachelor’s may substitute for experience - Professionalism in sensitive financial situations
- Strong communication skills (empathetic, clear, professional)
- Tech-savvy with Windows-based systems and CRM tools
- Comfort with numbers and financial calculations (credit card statements, due dates, payment schedules)
Preferred:
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Previous experience in financial services or debt management
- Private, enclosed room with a door
- Hard-wired ethernet internet connection
- Broadband internet: 200 Mbps minimum (single-person residence), 400 Mbps minimum (multi-person residence)
- Security camera in addition to standard computer setup
- Home environment must support productivity (not a caregiving replacement)
