Role Description

As a Concierge Advisor at Marchay, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional, personalized service to our members by assisting with travel arrangements, lifestyle requests, and bespoke experiences. You will work closely with members to understand their preferences and needs, coordinate with service providers, and ensure flawless execution of each detail. This position demands a proactive, detail-oriented, and customer-focused approach to maintain the high standards Marchay is known for.

Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding concierge service by managing and fulfilling diverse member requests promptly and accurately.
  • Coordinate travel bookings including accommodations, transfers, dining reservations, and activities in line with member preferences.
  • Research and recommend unique, luxury experiences tailored to individual member interests.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with luxury hotels, transportation providers, and local partners globally.
  • Communicate proactively with members to provide updates and ensure satisfaction throughout their travel experience.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline service delivery and enhance the overall member experience.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in concierge services, luxury travel planning, or hospitality.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously and work under pressure.
  • Knowledge of luxury travel products, destinations, and lifestyle experiences is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and booking platforms is a plus.
  • Flexible and adaptable with a proactive problem-solving mindset.
  • Based in North America and willing to work Eastern Time Zone hours.
