Bilingual Loan Processor (Spanish)

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Bilingual Loan Processor to join a high-performing team supporting home improvement financing solutions. In this role, you will manage a high-volume pipeline of loan applications while delivering an exceptional customer experience to both contractors and borrowers. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, call center environment, is comfortable navigating multiple systems, and takes pride in driving loans from application through closing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls with contractors and borrowers, providing timely and accurate support
  • Manage a high-volume loan pipeline, ensuring efficient processing from origination through closing
  • Accurately input and maintain loan data across multiple systems
  • Deliver first-call resolution whenever possible in a fast-paced call center environment
  • Partner with Sales Managers and Client Success Managers to support contractor pipelines
  • Collaborate with Underwriting teams to ensure compliance with credit guidelines and improve loan conversion rates
  • Communicate loan status, approvals, and next steps clearly to borrowers and contractors
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records to ensure timely processing and compliance
  • Adhere to all regulatory requirements while identifying and recommending process improvements
Qualifications
  • 1–2+ years of experience in a high-volume call center or customer service environment
  • Experience in financial services, consumer lending, mortgage, auto lending, or fraud prevention
  • Bilingual in Spanish
  • Comfortable working evenings, weekends, and flexible schedules
  • Strong technical aptitude, including experience with Mac systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and adapt in a high-volume setting
  • Strong communication skills and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service
Work Environment & Schedule
  • Fully remote (must have a dedicated home office setup)
  • Training Schedule: 2–3 weeks, Monday–Friday: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM PST
  • Post-Training Schedule:
  • 40-hour work week within hours of operation:
    • Monday–Sunday, 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM PST / 11:00 AM – 11:00 PM EST
    • Flexible days off (not guaranteed to be consecutive)
    • Overtime may be required during peak summer months

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of El Paso, TX.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00/hr.
