We are seeking a proactive and professional Remote Client Communication Specialist to manage and support client interactions across various communication channels. In this role, you will ensure that client inquiries are handled promptly, information is communicated clearly, and internal teams remain informed about client needs and requests. The ideal candidate is highly organized, responsive, and able to maintain strong professional relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for client communications via email, phone, and online platforms
  • Respond to inquiries and provide accurate information about company services and project updates
  • Coordinate communication between clients and internal departments
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions and communications
  • Assist with scheduling meetings, calls, and follow-ups with clients and project teams
  • Monitor communication channels and ensure timely responses to client requests

    Escalate complex issues or concerns to appropriate departments or management
  • Support administrative tasks related to client relations and project coordination
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred)
  • 1–2 years of experience in customer service, client relations, communications, or administrative support
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and digital communication platforms
  • Ability to work independently and maintain productivity in a remote environment
