As an Itinerary and Destination Specialist
, you’ll work directly with clients to plan and book tailored travel experiences, including flights, accommodations, tours, and cruises. This is a remote position with flexible hours, ideal for individuals who are self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and customer-focused.

• Consult with clients to understand their travel needs, preferences, and budgets
• Research and book travel arrangements including transportation, lodging, activities, and special experiences
• Provide accurate, up-to-date information about destinations, entry requirements, and itinerary options
• Maintain thorough documentation of client interactions, bookings, and confirmations
• Offer responsive support before, during, and after travel
• Stay current on travel trends, tools, and platforms to enhance client service

• Experience in travel planning, customer service, hospitality, or related fields preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable using online booking systems and research tools
• Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. or one of the following countries:
  Antigua and Barbuda, Argentina, Aruba, Australia, New Zealand, Bahamas, Barbados, Belize, Bermuda, Bolivia, Cayman Islands, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, El Salvador, France, Germany, Grenada, Guatemala, Honduras, Italy, Mexico, Netherlands, Nicaragua, Panama, Peru, St. Kitts & Nevis, St. Lucia, Spain, Trinidad & Tobago, United Kingdom, Uruguay
