The Elevance Health Companies, Inc. is seeking a Customer Care Representative I for a fully remote role. This position requires in-person training for the first two days, followed by a 12-week virtual training program. Standard working hours after training are from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM EST.
Your responsibilities will include responding to customer inquiries, analyzing problems, and maintaining positive customer relations. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and experience in a customer service environment.
Compensation ranges from $16.89 to $25.33 per hour, accompanied by a comprehensive benefits package.
