We’re a growing remote travel team and we’re looking for a detail-oriented, client-first professional to join us as a Luxury Travel Consultant. You’ll support clients in planning and managing high‑end travel experiences, handling everything from initial consultation to post‑trip follow‑up, all from home.
Full training is provided. You don’t need a background in travel, you need to be organized, professional, and genuinely good with people.
Key Responsibilities- Provide responsive, professional support to clients via phone, email, and online messaging.
Assist with luxury and leisure travel reservations, itinerary updates, and special accommodations.
- Communicate travel details, documentation requirements, and booking policies clearly.
- Monitor bookings for accuracy and proactively follow up with clients.
- Resolve questions and concerns with a calm, solutions‑focused approach.
- Keep client records organized and internal systems updated.
Clear, professional communicator, written and verbal.
Customer service background preferred, travel or hospitality experience is a plus, not a requirement.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment.
- Able to pick up digital tools and booking platforms quickly.
Reliable broadband internet connection.
Smartphone for communication and updates.
