Responsibilities- Assist with reservation requests, confirmations, and scheduling updates
- Respond to guest inquiries via email, phone, and messaging platforms
- Maintain accurate records, calendars, and service documentation
- Monitor timelines to ensure changes and confirmations are processed correctly
- Provide general guest support to ensure a smooth and positive experience
- Follow established workflows and quality standards
- Collaborate with internal team members to support daily operations
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- High attention to detail and organization
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a remote work environment
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new systems
- Professional, reliable, and responsive
- Previous experience in guest services, reservations, customer support, hospitality, or administrative roles is helpful but not required.
