You will join our Small Business Customer Service team to deliver an exceptional customer experience through first‑call resolution and deepening relationships with our customers. You should thrive on connecting with customers, communicate clearly and professionally, and be adaptable to continuous service enhancements.

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
• At least 3 years of Customer Service or Call Center experience
• At least 1 year of experience using Google Suite or Microsoft Office

• At least 4 years of Customer Service or Call Center experience
• At least 1 year of experience in the Financial Industry

• Secure home office environment free from background noise and distractions
• Reliable private internet connection (not cellular data or hotspot); speed of at least 100 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload
• Private password‑protected network with ownership or access to all devices
• Internet service provided by Cable or Fiber ISP only; hotspots and satellite services are prohibited
• Both hard‑wire and Wi‑Fi connections acceptable if speed and security requirements are met

This role is 100% work from home. Applicants must meet the required capital‑one work‑at‑home internet access and must reside in the continental United States (excluding California, Hawaii, or U.S. territories). International or non‑U.S. residents are not eligible.

Remote (Regardless of Location): $49,774 per year (Advocacy Senior Coordinator)

Richmond, VA: $49,774 per year (Advocacy Senior Coordinator)

Other locations will have pay ranges consistent with the designated area.
