Bilingual (Spanish) - Healthcare Customer Service Representative – Remote, located in Arizona.

This role supports healthcare customers by handling inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media, resolving issues, and providing guidance.

• Connect with customers via phone, email, chat, or social media to resolve questions or concerns.
• Calmly attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues.
• Escalate interactions when necessary and appropriate.
• Respond to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments.
• Track all call‑related information for auditing and reporting purposes.
• Provide feedback on call issues.
• Upsell products or services if required.

• Ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment.
• 6 months of customer service experience preferred.
• Over 18 years of age.
• Ability to type 25 words per minute.
• High School graduate or GED.
• Comfort with desktop computer systems.
• Proven oral and written communication skills.
• Logical problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to navigate Windows operating systems.
• Organization and work prioritization skills.

• Minimum download speed of 15.0
