Turbo Tax is seeking a Customer Service Representative to assist customers with their Turbo Tax products and tax return software. This is a work-from-home position, allowing for a flexible schedule between 8am and midnight EST.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and a willingness to learn. Responsibilities include helping customers with questions about downloading, logging in, and navigating Turbo Tax.
Competitive compensation includes $24 per hour, bonuses, and a $405 certification bonus.
