What You’ll Do
  • Provide consistently magical customer service across all customer service channels
  • Deliver an excellent customer experience through a customer-first mindset to build long-term, loyal client relationships
  • Consistently meet and exceed performance goals
  • Wear many hats (stylist, friend, personal assistant) when helping customers shop for their next item
  • Know shipping, fulfillment, and returns procedures to process orders efficiently
  • Share customer and product feedback with internal teams such as Merchandising, Operations, and Product Development
  • Gain exposure to different teams and learn the ins and outs of all aspects of the business

Availability

We’re hiring for Seasonal roles with both part-time and full-time availability in May. Candidates must have flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to support customer demand.

Top-performing Seasonal employees may be extended to the next season or considered for permanent roles based on business needs and performance.

  • Part-Time: 8–29 hours/week, with occasional weekend shifts
  • Full-Time: 32–40 hours/week, with occasional weekend shifts

Flexible availability is important to deliver exceptional service when customers need us most.

Compensation

We believe in transparency and equity in compensation. The anticipated wage for this role is $17.60 - $18.65 per hour
, depending on location, experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity.

This role may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on company performance, department goals, and individual contributions. Bonus amounts are not guaranteed and are determined at the company’s discretion. Compensation decisions may vary from the listed range to reflect individual circumstances.
