Your Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer support to Nordic‑speaking users via various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to the online marketplace and resolve any issues effectively.
- Accurately document customer interactions and assist in tracking feedback in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve service goals and improve customer satisfaction.
- Participate in ongoing training to stay up to date on platform features and industry trends.
- Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish) is essential. Your nationality and native language must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
- Strong commitment to delivering high‑quality customer service.
- Previous experience in customer support, particularly in e‑commerce, is a plus but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
