Position: Nordic-Speaking Customer Support for Online Marketplace Platform Department

Patrique Mercier Recruitment ES is excited to offer an incredible opportunity for a Nordic‑Speaking Customer Support representative in our Online Marketplace Platform Department. If you're fluent in one or more Nordic languages (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, or Finnish) and have a passion for providing outstanding service, this role is perfect for you!

In this pivotal position, you'll support Nordic‑speaking customers as they navigate our online marketplace, helping them with inquiries and ensuring a smooth shopping experience. Your Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer support to Nordic‑speaking users via various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to the online marketplace and resolve any issues effectively.
  • Accurately document customer interactions and assist in tracking feedback in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve service goals and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in ongoing training to stay up to date on platform features and industry trends.
Qualifications
  • Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish) is essential. Your nationality and native language must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
  • Strong commitment to delivering high‑quality customer service.
  • Previous experience in customer support, particularly in e‑commerce, is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive team player with a positive attitude.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote setting, showcasing strong organizational skills.
