Customer Success Manager – Pet Desk | Remote (US)

Pet Desk is seeking a Customer Success Manager (CSM) to own the post-sales experience for veterinary practices. This full-time, remote role offers $26–$28/hour plus eligibility for a performance-based bonus program.

The successful candidate will manage 400+ accounts, drive adoption and retention, and maximize customer ROI through consultative relationships with veterinary practice managers and owners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive product adoption and customer satisfaction through targeted communications
  • Build consultative relationships with veterinary practice managers and owners
  • Use customer data, health signals, and product usage insights to identify risk and growth opportunities
  • Document customer requests and engage support/product teams as needed
  • Influence expansion opportunities by connecting outcomes to additional solutions
  • Develop tailored communication strategies to ensure retention and long-term growth
  • Lead structured business reviews to demonstrate ROI and align on growth opportunities
  • Collaborate with fellow CSMs to share best practices and insights
Candidate Requirements
  • 2–3 years’ experience in a Customer Success role
  • Experience managing subscription-based models with high-touch and digital engagement strategies
  • Excellent phone communication, organizational, and time management skills
  • Ability to remain tactful and poised under pressure
  • Strong collaboration skills and interest in customer trends/data analytics

Preferred:

  • Experience with Churn Zero, Salesforce, or other Customer Success/automation tools
  • Veterinary industry experience
