We are actively seeking

About the Role

As a representative, you’ll play a key part in connecting with union members who have specifically requested information about their benefits. Unlike traditional sales roles, there is
no cold-calling or door-to-door work
—your focus is on meaningful conversations, guiding members through their options, and ensuring they have access to the benefits they need.

On a day-to-day basis, your responsibilities will include handling inbound and outbound calls, scheduling and conducting virtual or in-person meetings, delivering engaging presentations, maintaining accurate records, and supporting quality control processes. For those seeking long-term growth, you’ll also have opportunities to step into leadership and mentoring roles as you advance.

Daily Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and attention to detail.

Schedule appointments and follow up with union members who request benefits information.

Conduct presentations that clearly explain programs and coverage options.

Guide members through the decision-making process, ensuring they understand their benefits.

Complete required paperwork accurately and on time.

Maintain quality control standards in all communications and documentation.

Participate in ongoing leadership development and training programs.
