In this role, you’ll connect with individuals who have requested information about benefit programs
, schedule virtual meetings, and guide them through available options in a supportive and professional environment.
Connect with individuals who have expressed interest in learning about benefit options
Schedule and conduct virtual consultations via Zoom
Assist clients through the enrollment process and answer questions
Maintain organized digital documentation and client records
Participate in regular team development sessions and training
Weekly pay via direct deposit
Monthly and quarterly performance bonuses
