Job Title
Customer Support Executive Work From Home
Work ModeRemote / Work From Home
Salary14,000 - 20,000 CTC per month
Key Responsibilities- Handle customer queries via calls, chats, and emails (as per process)
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues efficiently
- Maintain professional communication and service quality standards
- Document customer interactions and follow standard operating procedures
- Rotational shifts (including night shifts)
- 6 days working with 1 rotational weekly off
- Candidate must be comfortable working night shifts
- Minimum qualification:
12th Pass / Graduate (preferred) - Good communication skills in English and Hindi
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to work independently from home
- Must have their own laptop with i5 Processor / AMD RYZEN 5 or above
- Require 50 Mbps speed of Wi Fi
- Stable internet connection and quiet workspace
- Freshers & Experienced candidates can apply
