Inside Out Hiring is seeking a Customer Service representative to handle inbound calls for U.S.
-based home services. The ideal candidate will represent clients, take detailed notes during calls, and ensure accuracy in all communications. Previous BPO or call center experience is preferred, along with a strong ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail. This remote position requires a C1 English level, and training will be provided for using the client’s CRM system.
