Mpathic is seeking a Remote Customer Service Agent to assist customers affected by disasters with relief assistance. This full-time role requires availability between 7 AM and 11 PM ET, seven days a week.
The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, maintain professionalism, and follow established processes. Candidates must possess basic computer skills, be proficient in English, and reside in the U.S. A laptop with 8GB RAM and reliable internet are required.
