Position: Customer Service Representative (Remote Evergreen)

Role Overview

Globe Life is looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join the team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing superior customer service by ensuring all inquiries and issues are handled promptly and professionally using multiple systems. CSRs focus on first‑contact resolution, high customer satisfaction, and adherence to operational standards such as attendance, utilization, and call quality.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with daily call volume, prioritizing service level targets.
  • Provide accurate resolutions to customer inquiries via phone, email, and written correspondence.
  • Meet quality assurance requirements and key performance metrics.
  • Handle escalated issues professionally and resolve them to the customer’s satisfaction.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned, supporting departmental and company initiatives.
  • Work a Monday to Friday schedule; no weekend phone support.
  • Maintain a flexible schedule to accommodate shift work and overtime as required.
Qualifications
  • At least one year of customer service experience in a similar role.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general Internet use for business.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with excellent listening and probing abilities.
  • Ability to learn new computer systems quickly.
  • Detail‑oriented and able to develop rapport with customers rapidly.
  • Reliable attendance and capacity to work full time and/or part time based on position specifications.
