IWG plc is seeking a Collections Specialist for a remote position within the Debt Recovery Americas team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, alongside a resilient nature to handle customer interactions related to outstanding debt.
This position requires proactive work, including making calls, sending emails, and resolving customer disputes. Additionally, candidates should have a keen attention to detail and be able to work through objections calmly.
A competitive salary and commission based on success are offered to the successful candidate, with working hours from MON-FRI 8:00am-5:00pm.
