We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Live Chat Representative to join our remote support team. In this role, you will assist customers through live chat by answering questions, resolving issues, and providing an excellent online experience.
Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via live chat in a timely and professional manner Provide accurate information about products and services Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary Maintain detailed and accurate chat records Meet performance and customer satisfaction targets Requirements Strong written communication skills in English Ability to multitask and manage multiple chat conversations Basic computer skills and familiarity with online tools Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace Customer service experience is a plus (training provided)
