Customer Experience Representative

What This Role Is

You’ll work with clients using health and wellness programs, acting as their go-to throughout the experience and playing a key role in how they stay engaged, supported, and on track.

This isn’t a script-based role. It’s about being responsive, helpful, and keeping things moving so clients don’t fall off track.

• Be the go-to contact for clients throughout their experience
• Answer questions and help resolve issues quickly and clearly
• Guide clients on how to use programs and available resources
• Check in to keep clients engaged and on track
• Track progress and keep client records organized
• Partner with internal teams to improve the overall experience

Pay: $30.00 - $38.00 per hour
