Position: Customer Scheduling Coordinator (FT - Work From Home)

Manage and maintain the scheduling system for all customer appointments;
Monitor and respond to incoming customer inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner;
Coordinate with various departments to ensure that customer appointments are scheduled efficiently and accurately;
Update and maintain customer records and contact information in the scheduling system;
Communicate with customers to confirm and reschedule appointments as needed;
Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any scheduling conflicts or issues that may arise;
Collaborate with the sales team to schedule appointments for potential new clients;
