• Answer inbound phone calls, emails, and texts, and make outbound calls as needed
• Ensure excellent service and communication by scheduling and rescheduling appointments, managing billing information, and resolving conflicts or complaints
• Engage in meetings and training to develop leadership skills and foster personal growth
• Maintain a positive and professional communication demeanor while interacting with customers
• Utilize computer database systems/software to assist in customer service tasks

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• One to two years of customer service experience preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Teams
• Strong technical skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
• Excellent grammar and written communication skills

• Ability to speak Spanish is a plus
• Comfortable speaking on the phone
• Positive and professional dress and demeanor
• Experience with computer database systems/software
• Open to working Saturdays at least once per month
