Job Summary
One Call is seeking a Care Coordinator I to provide customer support for its Durable Medical Equipment business unit. This full-time, remote role offers $16.50–$21.50/hour plus comprehensive benefits, including health, dental, vision, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and pet insurance.

- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts; weekend availability preferred
- Provide customer support via phone, email, and instant messaging
- Serve as primary contact for inbound customer issues
- Escalate technical product-related issues to Product Support specialists
- Process high volumes of inquiries and resolve a targeted percentage independently
- Troubleshoot problems, identify root causes, and implement solutions
- Document inbound support requests and update customer information accurately
- Meet departmental standards for quality, schedule adherence, and average handle time
- Provide guidance or mentoring to less experienced associates
Essential:
- High School Diploma or GED (Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred)
- Previous customer service experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Computer navigation and data entry skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Knowledge of company products/services to resolve inquiries
- Sensitivity and professionalism when dealing with customers
