Schedule and confirm appointments
Meet with members through phone or virtual consultations
Explain available benefit programs in simple, clear terms
Help clients complete digital forms and applications
Maintain accurate records and follow up when needed
Minimum QualificationsBasic computer proficiency
Solid work ethic and professionalism
Good time-management abilities
