Honor Technology is seeking a Sales Representative (Care Solutions Consultant) to guide families through their first conversations about in‑home, non‑medical care. This full‑time, remote role offers $19.90–$22.10/hour plus a monthly bonus structure, equity, and comprehensive benefits.

The successful candidate will manage high‑volume inbound and outbound calls, build trust quickly, and connect clients with personalized care solutions through Home Instead, Honor’s consumer care brand.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage 80–95 inbound and outbound calls daily with potential clients and families
  • Listen deeply to client needs and match them to appropriate care solutions
  • Communicate services clearly, ask for commitment, and schedule consultations
  • Meet or exceed sales metrics (call volume, conversion rates, quality standards)
  • Use CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) to track activity and follow up consistently
  • Balance empathy with confident sales execution in every interaction
Candidate Requirements

Essential:

  • 3+ years of phone‑based sales or customer service experience (inbound/outbound)
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Experience in high‑volume call center environments
  • Proven ability to thrive in metrics‑driven environments
  • Empathetic communicator with strong sales execution skills
  • Remote work experience with effective time management and team collaboration

Preferred:

  • Experience in home care, healthcare, or senior services
