Schedule:

+ First 45 days fully onsite (9:30 AM - 6:00 PM)

Post-Training

Schedule:

+ Hybrid (10:30 AM - 7:00 PM)

+ Hybrid eligibility based on attendance, quality, and performance

Important:
No time off allowed during the first 6 weeks of training.

What You'll Do

Be the first point of contact for customers and provide meaningful support every day:

+ Handle 35-45 inbound calls daily (average 11-14 minutes per call)

+ Assist borrowers, insurance agents, and financial institutions with homeowners insurance inquiries

+ Answer questions related to payments, coverage, and policy details

+ Navigate multiple systems to research, document, and resolve customer concerns

+ Deliver accurate, timely, and professional customer support

+ Apply strong problem-solving skills to resolve issues effectively

Requirements Must-Have

Qualifications:

+ At least 1 year of recent customer service experience

+ Call center experience preferred; admin/front desk experience considered

+ Retail or food service experience alone is not sufficient

+ Strong computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems

+ Typing speed of at least 35 WPM

+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills

+ Reliable internet connection for remote work

+ Dependable transportation

Nice to Have:

+ 2+ years of call center experience

+ Experience in mortgage or insurance

Disqualifiers:

+ No recent relevant customer service or administrative experience

+ Inability to meet onsite or hybrid requirements

+ No reliable internet connection

+ Poor communication skills

+ Planned time off within the first 4-6 weeks

Pre-Employment Requirements:

+ Basic Computer Literacy Test (70% passing)

+ Typing Test (35 WPM required)

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Troy, MI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.50/hr.
