OverviewWe’re looking for a customer‑focused Benefits Specialist to support members with understanding and managing their benefits. In this role, you’ll handle inbound and outbound calls, schedule appointments for members who request information, and lead Zoom sessions to clearly explain benefits.
You’ll also provide ongoing support with updates, changes, and basic claims‑related assistance while building long‑term trust through follow‑ups and proactive service.
Responsibilities- Make and receive client calls to answer questions and provide support
- Schedule appointments with clients who request information about benefits
- Host Zoom video calls to present and explain benefits clearly and confidently
- Support members by answering questions, helping with benefit changes, and assisting with claims processing
- Build long‑term relationships through periodic follow‑ups to review needs and update benefits
- Work independently while also contributing to team goals, workshops, and shared performance targets
