The Role
  • RDN CONS is recruiting a German‑speaking Customer Support Agent for an international client in the insurance sector. This entry‑level position is suitable for candidates at the start of their careers; no prior insurance or customer service experience is required.
  • Candidates will receive structured, fully paid remote training in Greece for the initial two months. After successful completion of training, the role continues as fully remote within Greece.
Key responsibilities
  • Provide professional customer support in German via phone, email and chat.
  • Handle policy inquiries, claims intake, billing questions and basic case management in line with established procedures.
  • Collect and verify customer information; document interactions accurately in internal systems.
  • Escalate complex or high‑priority cases to the appropriate teams.
  • Deliver clear, accurate and customer‑focused solutions while maintaining service quality and compliance standards.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely resolution and to contribute to continuous improvement of service processes.
Candidate profile
  • Fluent German (C1 level) and good command of English (B2 level).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer‑oriented mindset.
  • Basic computer literacy and aptitude for learning new systems and procedures quickly.
  • Positive, solution‑focused attitude and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to relocate to Greece and flexibility to work in shifts if required.
  • No prior insurance or customer service experience required; motivated beginners are encouraged to apply.
