Customer Support Representative

TEKsystems is actively hiring career-driven professionals for a Hybrid Collections Counselor opportunity with a Fortune 100 Financial Institution in the Phoenix area.

Job Details:

+ Hybrid Schedule - Work primarily from home after training

+ Minimal Onsite Requirement - Only ~1 week per quarter onsite

Key responsibilities include:

+ Managing both inbound and outbound customer calls in a call center environment

+ Working within an auto-dialer system

+ Handling early-stage collections (1-30 days past due)

+ Averaging 80-120+ calls per day

+ Providing financial guidance and solutions to customers

+ Supporting consumer loan and credit card accounts

Training:

+ Monday-Friday

+ 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (MT)

+ First week onsite

Post-Training:

+ Monday - Saturday (5-day workweek)

+

Shifts:

+ 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM (MT)

+ 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM (MT) (varies seasonally)

Work Environment:

+ Hybrid model after training

+ Onsite requirement limited to ~1 week per quarter

+ Majority of work performed remotely from home

+ Structured, team-oriented call center environment with support and coaching

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.85 - $20.85/hr.
