Overview
We’re looking for a Finance Director to help understand and drive our onboarding, activation, adoption, customer success, retention, renewal, and collection efforts. You will need to identify gaps, design data‑driven strategies, and lead cross‑functional initiatives to optimize the customer lifecycle.
The real question is: can you see the story the numbers tell you? If not, this job will be miserable for you. Even more so, can you see the story that you should be telling but don’t have the numbers or data to begin it, and have the gumption and communication skills to get to the data and put yourself in a position to communicate that narrative?
You’ll need to be a do‑er who can move fast in a high‑volume environment, work well with people, and thrive when you’re making it up as you go while relentlessly seeking the best outcomes and learning from failures. Our company handles millions of customers and around 100 million transactions a year, with a growing workforce of 2,000‑3,000 employees. Success here means navigating a complex, fast‑changing landscape and driving measurable impact.
Wage$200,000 per year
