Vanguard is seeking a Client Service Excellence Center associate to connect with clients via inbound calls and assist with account-related needs. This fully remote role must be performed from within Missouri and requires a commitment to client trust and service excellence.
Candidates should have 3+ years of customer-facing experience, with strong interpersonal skills and a desire for a long-term career in client service. The compensation range is $60,500 – $67,500, including base salary and bonuses.
