Customer Service Rep
We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative to provide excellent and organized customer care, for a fast-paced Food Manufacturing Company. The goal is to keep the department running in an efficient and profitable manner, to increase customer satisfaction, along with aiding production and shipping with a detailed, and organized department. Looking for someone reliable, organized, professional, and honest, that works well with other people.
Flexibility and willingness to share day to day office responsibilities with office staff. Qualities needed to be successful: above average computer skills, attention to detail, follow-through, high organizational skills, great communication skills, good at multi-tasking, dependable, etc. Background and experience in the food manufacturing industry a plus.
- Take ownership of issues and follow problems through to resolution
- Take ownership from PO to Fulfilment
- Pay careful attention to accuracy of PO's
- Develop service procedures, policies and standards
- Keep accurate records and document discussions
- Work professionally with production support, shipping and freight providers
- Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities
- Work with Operations Manager, Plant Manager, Shipping/Receiving Manager, QC Manager and Supervisors
- Prioritize each and every customer
- Follow up with customers and production on product availability, dates, etc.
- Order/PO accuracy a must
- Professional communication with company and customers.
- Accurate PO entry
- Proven working experience as a Customer Service Representative
- Skilled/Proficient at SAP and/or Business Central
- Excellent Organizational skills
- Excellent knowledge of organized office procedures
- Proficiency in English. is a plus.
- Working knowledge of customer service software, databases and tools.
- Ability to problem solve
- Strong customer-facing and communication skills
- Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
- College Education a plus
