a Hybrid Collections Counselor opportunity with a Fortune 100 Financial Institution in the Phoenix area.

Job Overview

In this role, you will support customers by helping them navigate early-stage financial challenges while providing excellent service.

Key responsibilities include:

Managing both inbound and outbound customer calls in a call center environment

Working within an auto-dialer system

Handling early-stage collections (1-30 days past due)

Averaging 80-120+ calls per day

Providing financial guidance and solutions to customers

Supporting consumer loan and credit card accounts

⏰ Schedule

Training:
Monday-Friday

8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (MT) ✅ First week onsite

Post-Training:
Monday - Saturday (5-day workweek)

Shifts:

9:30 AM - 6:00 PM (MT)

10:30 AM - 7:00 PM (MT) (varies seasonally)

Work Environment

Hybrid model after training

Onsite requirement limited to ~1 week per quarter

Majority of work performed remotely from home

Structured, team-oriented call center environment with support and coaching

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.85 - $20.85/hr.
