** Scope of Work
*** Performs work under close supervision, following established procedures and direction.
* Relies on instructions and pre‐established guidelines to carry out daily responsibilities.
* Develops a working knowledge of company products, services, and business systems used to perform job functions.
** Key Responsibilities
*** Serves as the first point of contact for callers, providing courteous, efficient, and accurate assistance.
* Demonstrates our Customer Care philosophy by putting the caller first in every interaction.
* Maintains strong dependability and accountability in daily responsibilities.
* Supports teammates by stepping in when needed and contributing to a positive team environment.
* Follows established workflows and procedures within a highly structured environment.
* Upholds professional, caring communication at all times.
* Maintains consistent and reliable attendance to ensure adequate coverage and service levels.
* Participates in rotating support for the Receptionist function, providing coverage as scheduled to ensure seamless front‐desk operations.
** Qualifications
* ** High School diploma or equivalent required.
* 1–2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or high‐volume service environment.
* Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
* Ability to remain calm, patient, and professional under pressure.
* Flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing needs.
* A positive attitude and a caring, customer‐first mindset.
