Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced customer service representative to provide exceptional support to clients and their customers. As a remote worker, you’ll handle inbound and outbound calls, address booking inquiries, and resolve issues efficiently.

• Handle inbound customer calls, resolving booking-related issues and addressing banking-specific questions and quotes.
• Make outbound calls to internal support departments and customers for status updates and clarification.
• Transfer calls to designated internal support departments or account representatives as needed.
• Stay updated on client sales, promotions, and products to provide informed support.
• Employ expert sales techniques to maintain top sales performance and overcome objections.

• 1+ year of experience in customer service or a related field.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Dedicated, quiet, and distraction-free workspace.
• Reliable computer, USB headset, and high-speed internet connection.
• Ability to work 15-20 hours per week, including possible weekend shifts.
