As a Remote Customer Service Agent, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, delivering timely and professional support across phone, chat, and email channels. Core responsibilities include:

• Handling customer inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and resolving concerns efficiently and professionally
• Building positive, lasting relationships with customers on behalf of our clients
• Maintaining accurate records and adhering to client-specific processes and guidelines
• Participating in ongoing training and coaching to continuously develop your skills

• Fully remote work environment — no commute, no office
• Flexible scheduling options within client availability windows
• Competitive hourly pay between $13.00 and $17.00, based on client program and experience
