Scope Services is seeking a responsible, customer-oriented Call Center Representative to handle appointment scheduling and support customers with their inquiries or concerns. This fully remote role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

Answer inbound customer calls professionally
Schedule appointments and update customer accounts
Provide clear information and handle questions with patience and empathy
Meet call quality and productivity goals
Work independently in a quiet home office
Adapt quickly to changes in systems and procedures

Requirements

Excellent verbal communication & active listening
Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills
Customer-first mindset with patience and empathy
Reliable, distraction-free home office and high-speed internet
Responsible, self-directed, and able to work independently
Must be willing to work evenings and Saturdays
Previous call center/customer service experience preferred
High school diploma or equivalent
