Position: French Customer Support Agent - (Bench Team) New Bellevue, WA

Customer Support Agent Bench Team (French fluency)

We are looking for a customer support agent with French fluency to deliver world‑class, personalized service to our clients' customers. The role focuses on rapid, accurate, and empathetic resolution of support tickets.

Duties / Responsibilities
  • Deliver world‑class customer service by following established departmental policies, processes, and standards.
  • Manage and respond to customer support tickets within the established SLA and client standards, focusing on first‑call resolution.
  • Follow established troubleshooting procedures, using appropriate resources and desktop tools to diagnose and resolve issues.
  • Assist in creating knowledge base articles and support development of the team through active collaboration.
  • Coordinate internally with other teams to provide feedback, identify/report trends, and resolve escalated issues.
  • Monitor client‑facing tools (Matter Most) and stay current with client updates and directives.
  • Respond to help requests escalated from Tier 2 agents and address the customer's needs, complaints, and other issues.
  • Apply critical thinking to make sound judgement calls and determine appropriate steps for the best business decision.
  • Collaborate with the manager to onboard new agents into the Escalated Accounts space.
  • Champion Blueprint’s core values in daily work.
  • Assume assistance in other ticket queues as needed.
  • Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.
Education and Experience
  • One year or more customer service experience or equivalent.
  • Comfortable using computers and able to conduct initial troubleshooting of computer and network issues.
  • Some online game knowledge and experience preferred.

  • Ability to troubleshoot Accounts ticket issues independently and as a collective.
Compensation Information

A Washington State salary range is $23.00 to $25.50 USD per hour. Starting pay will be based on experience and internal equity.

Essential Functions

Availability
  • Must work a hybrid schedule, two in‑office days per week, aligned with the organization’s work‑from‑home policy.

Physical Requirements
  • Comfortable working in a traditional office environment indoors.
  • Ability to sit at a workstation for extended periods, engaging with content on a monitor.
