Job Overview
TEKsystems is hiring 20 career-driven professionals for a Hybrid Collections Counselor role with a Fortune 100 financial institution in the Phoenix area. This opportunity offers stable, long-term employment with strong work-from-home flexibility and a collaborative team environment.
Key Responsibilities- Manage inbound and outbound customer calls in a call center environment
- Work within an auto-dialer system
- Handle early-stage collections (1–30 days past due)
- Average 80–120+ calls per day
- Provide financial guidance and solutions to customers
- Support consumer loan and credit card accounts
Training:
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM (MT). First week onsite. Post-Training:
Monday–Saturday, 9:30 AM–6:00 PM or 10:30 AM–7:00 PM (varies seasonally).
Hybrid model after training. Onsite requirement limited to ~1 week per quarter. Majority of work performed remotely from home. Structured, team-oriented call center environment with support and coaching.

Pay$20.85 – $20.85 per hour.
