ADP is hiring Associate Client Support Consultants. This position is hybrid, working at the office three days a week and working at home two days a week.

In this role, you will serve as ADP’s front‑line for solving clients’ challenges, including issue resolution, answering questions, helping clients, training their users on ADP technology, and more. You carry the weight of ADP’s service reputation and client satisfaction in your hands.
While your day‑to‑day responsibilities remain consistent—your #1 goal is to help clients who have between 1 and 49 employees—you will encounter a variety of questions and solutions that keep the work interesting. Our top‑ranked training will set you up for success.
What You’ll Do- Client Support: Help clients manage their business using our solutions, which could include troubleshooting and probing to resolve payroll issues. Support may also involve partnering with multiple business units and teams for troubleshooting and delivering a seamless client experience.
- Learn: Continually upgrade your knowledge and skills on payroll, including federal and state compliance, standard operating procedures, administrative practices, other products, and desktop support tools to maintain and develop your ability to support clients.
- Organize: Adhere to a daily schedule and organize yourself to handle a high volume of inbound calls. Daily phone time may increase during peak seasons, such as at the close of the year.
– Required Qualifications
- At least one year of experience in a customer service or call/service center environment.
- Ability to work overtime hours during peak seasons.
- A college degree is great but not required. Other acceptable experiences may include:
- Experience noted above, or
