  • 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (PST)
  • 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (PST)
  • 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM (PST)

Rest Days / Off days vary depending on client need. Common rest days include Monday–Sunday, Tuesday–Wednesday, Thursday–Friday. Saturday–Sunday off is possible depending on the schedule required by the client.

Compensation: $750 per month

Job Description

Handle inbound calls for U.S.

-based home services businesses such as cleaning, electrical, plumbing, and landscaping services.

Represent the client as part of their office team, answering calls pleasantly with a smile and using the client’s standard greeting.

Take detailed call summary notes during each conversation, including customer contact information, reason for inquiry, and any other relevant information.

Send complete and accurate call summary notes to the client after each call.

Maintain high attention to detail to avoid typos or missing information.

Training will be provided on answering questions and booking appointments using the client’s CRM/scheduling platform.

Qualifications & Skills

Technology Requirements:

  • Internet speed of at least 40 Mbps with low latency.
  • Computer with at least 6 cores, 12 threads, and 8 GB RAM.
  • Reliable backup power source.

Working

Qualifications:

  • Previous BPO or call center experience preferred.
  • Ability to multitask: handle calls, take detailed notes, and send follow-up messages or emails.
  • Confident in communicating directly with U.S.

    -based clients to confirm directions or receive feedback.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
  • Motivated, hard‑working, and eager to add value.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to client processes.
  • Experience working from home is a plus but not required.
